[She shrugs and holds out her hand to take his with a wink.]

[Gingerly takes her hand and places a hand on her waist.]

Slow dancing!

[She places her other hand on his arm and sways her hips to set the tempo. How good's he at leading? She'll take over if he fumbles.]

I assumed by the dare that it was grinding.

[Once he gets over his initial nervousness, he's a rather good lead-- even if slow dancing isn't his specialty.]

[She's surprised, and once she tries to coax him through all the nervous jitters she's easily dancing along.]

You know it! I used to dance a lot back in the day!

[She twirls around away from him, then twirls back, light on her feet.]

I didn't know you were either! Whadya know.

Are you familiar with those dances that they say are my sister's?
The men who squat and kick their feet?

Those are from my home.

Whoa, those are from your place?! Sweet! Do people do that stuff often?

[She doesn't know. When's the last time she went dancing in Ukraine?]

For festivals. It is not as if people do it on the streets.

[Or at least not all the time.]

So it's like line dancing? [Without all the kicking.] Cool! I'd love to see it in person sometime.

A bit. There are solos and dancers will jump over one another or jump as high as they can. It is a dance that was originally supposed to replicate battles.


Mmmm, I would do a bit of dancing for you now, but I do not believe we have the proper music.

[Grabs his hand and drags him around until they do. If he jumps over her she'll duck with a yelp then cheer because that's pretty darned amazing.]
