For driving: -Driving to work takes 5-10 minutes while walking takes about half an hour. -Temperatures are gonna feel like 5°F today. -The sun will be down by the time I'm off work and it'll be even colder and I'll have to walk home in the snow in the dark. -Zee's supposed to be coming over this evening and I want to hurry home to spend time with her.
Against driving: -The first and only time I've driven in snow was to work last month, I was crawling at 10mph and the brakes still wouldn't brake. I accidentally ran a stop sign. -I'm not sure I know how to drive in snow. If there is indeed a special way of doing so. -My car will likely be buried in snow by the time I get out of work and I don't have any anti-snow devices like those scraping and brushy thingies. -I'm from San Francisco, snow is foreign and scary.
