Her art really improved while Reborn! was still running, but I wasn't able to get into Psycho-Pass even though she designed the characters. I remember liking her designs though.

CLAMP and Naoko Takeuchi should be self explanatory. Arina Tanemura - her characters are extremely sameface, especially her main characters, but her art detail in general is gorgeous. I really prefer to read her manga with the books in my hands than read them online just to see all the detail.
