Most liked are Prussia and America.

Which is pretty in line with the rest of WFen except add England in there and maybe even rank him above those two.

I feel like I still notice negativity towards Russia, though I think it's just a few comments that stick out because I don't see many comments about disliking other characters even in an offhand way. There are characters that the meme barely cares about at all that may fit the category better like Canada and a few of the Asians and others.

Overall I don't think I could calculate the most disliked character on the meme. Most liked is easier.

Like people complaining about it the moment a picture of him is picspammed or someone saying not to put a picture of Russia when posting in one of those post here and get a picture threads. I recall seeing comments like "i don't like the character but..." and other such things. It's nothing really noticeable and I don't even really pay attention to Russia. I think I just pick up on it because i don't see comments like that for any other character.

I've seen them for germany and denmark, especially as part of the nordics.

And i've made them myself about america tbh.

A few persistent ones about germany. I've seen the nordics get easily as many. Haven't followed any talk about america for obvious reasons.

The Nordics got it on the whole when Himaruya started posting updates about them a lot. I didn't mind but I admit that I can understand some of the irritation. There was a whole lot of Nordics and people were probably hoping to see more of other characters they hadn't seen in a while.

Not so much disliked on the whole than there are memers who mention not liking him still every now and then. Not enough to qualify him as most disliked by any means.

It seems obvious that a number of anons have strong affections for Russia.
Germany, America, and Prussia seem to remain highly popular, however?

Disliked... Well, has anyone heard any mention of Italy lately? Our titular character? If that counts?
