but i always run into the same trouble, the cute anime girl figurines that i like are never from shows/games that i actually have any interest in.

vice versa, my favorite shows and games… somehow i don't have that much desire for the characters as figurines

Cosmetics. I'm usually only willing to spend the money if they're on sale/deeply discounted. Especially for pricier brands like Urban Decay.
