Put here some nations and scenarios you'd like to see between them. Either because you're curious about how the character relationships would play out or it'd be sexy/shippy or some other reason.

E.g. what would happen if Spain and Sweden had a fistfight?

With some of the cast as monsters, and some as monster hunters

Norway, Romania, and England do some magical… thing? Idk, I'd just like to see more interaction between all three. Especially as nations. THough the gakuen magic club is definitely very interesting too!

I would love some actual canon with them (aside from the gakuen stuff). Or like, any two of them really, because there hasn't been anything with that aside from some very brief (adorable) Norway & England snips.

I have no idea how Norway and Romania (or England and Romania) would actually get along, and I really want to see it in the strips, ahhh.

Yeah, even in the gakuen strip Romania and England didn't exactly talk to each other. He was just... there.

As for Norway and Romania, they never interacted. Period. :( At least Norway and England got something even if it's a short strip. Which makes me sigh, because I find that they have a few things in common: they both have magic, they're both said to be good at it, they both have a cute little brother, and they both dote on said little brother...

Still, even with those, it's funny how the trio was formed.

I vaguely remember there being a joke going around the meme that you could've replaced Romania with a cardboard cut-out in that gakuen strip and the effect would've been the same. :Va Pfff poor guy.

Anyway. Who knows, maybe there'll be something in the future!
(Though now all I can imagine is Nor and Ro gushing about their brothers together. Oh, those two.)

(Oh, I bet they would. And then Romania will be smug and get Norway annoyed by the fact that Moldova reciprocates his brotherly feelings and he can be cute and cuddly with his little brother ~~except when Russia's around~~ while Norway can't because Iceland ~~has issues~~ is shy. ;D)

Oh man, that would definitely get on Norway's nerves, I think. ;p He'd probably try to brush it off as Moldova being a kid and Iceland acting teenager-ish. But still.

I'd love to know more about the differences between their approaches to magic, too. England's got his spells and cursed chairs and fairy buddies, Norway's got his troll and… fuzzball with ears thing... (though have we not seen Norway actually do a spell yet? I'd like to see that!), and Romania talks about freaky things but I'd love to see what sort of magic he actually performs.

Come to think of it, I'd love to read an AU in which they're not really magical, at first, they're just these three weird geeks fanboying over the occult but then one day they actually do unleash something and hijinks/adventures/death-and-dismemberment ensue. (I feel like there's nearly a whole subgenre of anime/manga that go along these lines.)

I dunno about anime/manga, but "weirdos messing with the occult and then unleashing something and death-and-dismemberment ensue" is definitely a subgenre of horror movies.

I'd like to know that, too! But if I were to write fic on the three of them (and I have prospects on the kink meme), my possibilities on their magic specialties would be:

England - Summoning magic, of course (summoning a demon from another world/hell). I can also see him with Familiar magic, that is, the magic regarding the bonding of a mage and a magical creature, based on his variety of magical creatures in canon. For Britannia angel, however, it's more of Light-aligned magic.

Norway - Wind, based on Himaruya's sketch that Yuuago is using as Norway's default pic. I can see him well-versed in Rune magic too. And he may have some basic knowledge on Familiars, considering his troll and nisse.

Romania - Blood magic, duh. ;) Also, contract magic (which is what he used for meme Denmark's genderswap). And based on that gakuen strip, he's knowledgeable about Curse magic. His profile states that his specialty is black magic, and those are usually the types of that.

Ooh, that AU sounds interesting! It's probably in the supernatural genre.

You should definitely write this fic! I don't think I've even seen fic about these three together before, and that's just sad. Magic nerdbros gotta stick together!

I like magical fics a lot even in other fandoms. And I would write the fic that would incorporate those magic-type headcanons but it's the type of fic that's going to be huge and epic and it would be long with a complex plot, and I don't have the confidence that I could write it well or finish such a fic. D:

I feel you there! I sometimes want to do a little fan comic or some other ideas that would require a series of pics and I… have to admit to myself that chances are I'll be just too lazy to see it through. OTL Though on the other hand, nothing ventured nothing gained!

Ah, right, Iceland's interest is dicks not magic. (I feel like Norway and Iceland should put their hobbies together sometime. Like a brotherly bonding session with magical dicks.) I think it was mentioned that England's brothers did the magic thing, but then again I doubt they'll ever appear in canon.

I'm assuming we're talking about what we'd like to see in canon. Well-

Iceland and America. Something historical? I was re-reading that one WWII Iceland doujin and it reminded me that I do like those two doing stuff together.

Netherlands and England: gardening rivalry. "Friendly" competition, trying to outdo each other.

Also, Norway and Japan. Something to do with Norway persuading Japan to use salmon for sushi. Or... anything involving fish, really, that's the main thing that comes to mind with those two.

China and Early Republic!America meeting either on a merchant ship in China to establish trading with those lovely otter pelts, or out in the West during the Gold Rush.

The former more to see how young!America would deal with a China disinterested with the rest of the world beyond Asia at the time.

What would happen, anon, would be that I make the exact expression in my icon because ain't nothing sweeter to me than hot boys roughing each other up. ~~Sweeter than lettuce fucking, even.~~

...though I can't imagine how that would ever come to pass. Perhaps the nations have a fight club?

Has anyone done a Fight Club themed Hetalia fic? It certainly seems like it'd fit. Release some of that stuffy, bureaucratic paperwork tension (except for you, Germany, we all know it's your natural element) with good old fashioned PRIMAL VIOLENCE. And hell, they're immortal nations who heal up magically, so it should be even easier for them.

Also I'd like to read a fic with a bunch of nations at a very serious meeting about very important and very very boring shit. And so one of them attempts to alleviate the boredom by discreetly play footsie with their fuck buddy who's sitting across from them but… they miss and inadvertently end up playing with the wrong person's legs. ~~It's probably Austria who does this, then. I hope he gets Germany by mistake. RIght when Germany's in the middle of explaining his very serious point about the very serious thing.~~

Again, that also feels like something that's surely been done at some point. There were certainly a lot of conference room sex fics in the past, maybe I'm actually half-remembering one that exists…

But back to canon, I'm very curious about how Portugal will be introduced and his relationship with Spain and with England.

I want Prussia and Liechtenstein to interact in canon. That could be super cute and funny.
