part 347 dimensions of sight and sound

and of mind. Do do do do do do do do do do do.

How was your end-of-December-into-January time, meme? Did you make any New Year's resolutions? Or light a candle in your window in the hopes that Himaruya would update again instead of leaving us behind like an 19th century light house keeper's wife whose husband has gone off to sea? ... Did you?

Enjoy part 347!

Like brandnames that are originally from your country and sound weird for whatever reason, or English brandnames that sound weird in your country, etc etc.

A lot of chinese (or asian, in general) imported goods don't bother making up an english name and instead just straight up say what's in the package, which… may not sound all that appetizing direct translated to english. FRIED GLUTEN BALLS comes to mind, as does GRASS JELLY DESSERT DRINK (this one I can vouch for, it's ugly and gloopy looking but it tastes good!), and I'm currently crunching on some delicious SHRIMP CRACKERS.

And the new Easter variation:

The word "dick" translates to thick/fat and "groß"/"gross" to big, by the way.
