Could be an AU, could be nationverse

Nationverse would be very interesting as nations can't die permanently. Perhaps this is a future in which somehow the nation-tans have been 'disconnected' from their land and are each now under government or private control and are forced to join these games as a point of international sport and to entertain the people

i wanna do something with modern day poland, lithuania and belarus. where poland and lithunaia aren't bffs, their relationship is rather strained, but they still work together to help belarus and try to convinced her that living under a dictator isn't that great and they have no idea why they keep doing it. and belarus is stubborn and bitchy, but deep down knows that they're right and even sort of appreciates what they do even though she doesn't understand why they do it.

it's be moody and depressing, just the way i like it.
