Regulus Black. He gets NO LINES and he's dead before the series even begins but his story is my favorite thing about HP. I have a tendency to love "atoner/redeemed" types of characters though.

As for characters that actually talk and stuff - I kinda blankly like Harry as our hero, but I also really like Viktor Krum.

Luna is my favourite, without a doubt. ♥

I also have a soft spot for Draco, though. His development in the last two books floored me. His transition from a rather terrible, if not evil person into someone less terrible, but still incredibly flawed, was horribly interesting to me.
