All the information I could find about Germany's dogs were this panel in Volume 5, and this picture of Germany's character CD.

One time I tried to correspond the tails to the dogs with Tara, and I believe we concluded that Blackie had the shortest tail and was the Dachshund. But I couldn't find good pictures that had the dogs and their tails featured clearly in it. Since then we've gotten pictures like this one, where the tail doesn't seem to match any of the ones on the CD cover.

Ah, the Main Comm also had a discussion about his dogs and they linked to this picture for clarification.
