i should know from experience by now that it's always worth it to buy these things, they are easy to resell and almost always inflate in price... but, i was dumb and wavered.

can you imagine if they managed to do every single hetalia character? and then you could spread them over your desk and it's like, fuck yes, i own the world.

You and me both, anon. Granted, back when they came out, my financial situation wouldn't have allowed me to buy them all anyway.

But yeah, it would rock to have all the characters! I wish they'd release more One Coin figurines, too. At least there's the Movic Mascot set if you want to own lots and lots of nations, but I never liked those as much as some of the other figurines.

yeah, the movic ones are less appealing. i own the one coin figures, and i like them well enough but i think the color colle ones are better.

i nearly thought about offering a trade of my one coins for the color colles, but on second thought i'm afraid of bootlegs and also i'm a bit attached to my little one coins, they've been hanging at my place so long.

best case scenario color colle really does rerelease the lot and then i can grab them plus the nordics. and then the only ones left are spain and romano, which... weeeeell i guess i can semi-justify the $30 each pricetag if it's for only just two. but i'm not paying $30+ a piece for the whole set.

Yeah, a rerelease would be perfect. I'm missing Japan, Russia, America and England and while I do want them really hard, I don't want them hard enough to spend time hunting them down for a sane price.

Spain and Romano are super adorable. Back when they came out, lots of people were selling them on Yahoo Auctions, so I was able to grab them. The mere idea of trying to get the Nordics is frightening, though, so I keep telling myself I don't actually want them. Which is a lie.

oh! you're in luck with the nordics - see, those aren't released yet, they are upcoming. that's why i'm hopeful for a rerelease of the rest: if they are going to do it, makes sense to do it together with the release of the nordic 5. :)

i want england, america, germany, and france the most but... they're cute but so small i really find it hard to justify the spend to myself. i mean that'd be 80-120+ bucks for four tiny figures, eep

I thought they were some kind of event/store exclusives? Can you buy them normally, or will one have to go on a hunt on auction sites?

I have Russia and Italy and I got them for around 15 bucks. A lot for such tiny figures but hey.

What prices are you normally seeing?

I haven't actually looked around all that much, but from what I remember of my old searches, the price was somewhere between $15-$40, depending on the character. Since these aren't my favourite characters, I'd rather not pay more than $10 per figurine, but that's pretty unrealistic.

Yeah some are more expensive than others. Italy I got for $12 I think and Russia for $15 or $17. I don't think any of them went for under $10 though and I doubt you'd find anyone on ebay or such selling them for under $15. Fandom stuff costs a ridiculous amount of money, unfortunately!
