Context is important. She blocked people who told her that what she said was inappropriate and asked her to apologize, then went "welp sorry for any offense!! lol we're total BFFS!!"

ALso, as anon said, explain "asian face." Explain black people = sass.

Yes, context IS important. You made it sound like she's completely flippant about it. Her tweets were "We made a video with Mao at "The Ice" tour using that quote. I am deeply sorry for any unintended offense." "I have the utmost respect for Japan and it's people. I love Mao Asada!!!" So she explained the context behind the "offensive" quote stating it was an inside joke and a quote from Asada, that she's actually friends with Asada and she's deeply sorry.

So tell me, how could she phrase her apology so that you would accept it? My guess is there's no apology deep and heartfelt enough for you. You've already made up your mind that she's a racist monster who intended the worst.
