Not forgets like literally doesn't remember them, just gets bored with them. So she'll be totally into something and focused then sneeze and it's that 'why was I doing this again?' feeling. Of course with people who do know her ability to sneeze and get bored she has played the 'I forgot' card. Especially with Austria lmao.
