Liechtenstein is very easy to get along with, but she gets angry when you threaten her family. Smaller things like bad manners are more like small annoyances. She's a bit of a snob without realizing it sometimes, so unpleasant surroundings/bad manners can be really bad for her depending on just how unpleasant they are.

Lithuania is surprisingly easy to piss off but it depends on who you are and what you're doing. He's easily annoyed by perceived slights (basically anything that implies you look down on him as a nation) and taking advantage of him, but the more you annoy him in general the worse it is. This means that someone like Prussia will set him off much more than someone like Latvia. He has a decent amount of patience for small annoyances but if you're doing it on purpose he will snap much sooner.
