part 349 heart shaped chocolates

Hi meme! Happy Valentine's day! I hope you have a sweet one. (Get it? Sweet? Because... chocolates and candies. Yeahhh.) Sadly, I don't think a candle in the window for Himaruya has led him home--yet. It's all very romantically tragic. Or tragically romantic. I don't know.

Enjoy part 349!

vienna is so good for museums omg. most of them are free if you're under 19 and the ones i went to (the upper belvedere and kunsthistorisches museum) were massive, like you could spend a whole day in them easily. (i learnt this the hard way since we went to khm for the afternoon and had to leave having only gone through the egyptian collection and part of the special lucian freud exhibition.) if you can't speak german the belvedere had signs in english but in the khm they only have an english audio guide which costs 4 euros - not everything is translated but still very informative - and laminated pages with basic historical background at the start of each room. the audio guide is pretty essential for the special exhibition though since there are no signs
and the belvedere has klimt! and these guys: http://www.belvedere.at/en/sammlungen/belvedere/barock/messerschmidt i highly recommend both of them
