i prefer american style, but even crispier than this. it has to be so thin and crispy that it kind of does that wavy ruffling thing. mmmm...

I like Canadian plenty but I just can't think of it as bacon. It's more like thick ham. English is strange and in-between.

I actually didn't like the American kind until recently when I had it super-crispy, mm.
