Drinks some tea and tries to power through it (no matter if he should or not). If he went and hid in bed every time he got sick over the years, well - he would've been in bed a lot. And he can't be having with that.

(And if it's modern day, well - he'd probably be quietly concerned in addition to the above. Nations don't just get sick for no reason, and he's been doing so well for a while now...)
