We've been here over a year now! I can hardly believe it! Dreamwidth's been pretty good, I'd say, with almost no downtime to speak of and all that! Anyway... how is your spring going? Or I guess it's almost summer, isn't it? Hopefully it's been well! I've been catching up on work and new movies, all very exciting stuff, I'm sure.

in other news, the sims 4 is going to suck balls

No shopping, no pools, no toddle life stage, no driveable cars, public spaces (like parks) can't be edited, there will only be 2-5 lots in each neighborhood (meaning 13 to 22 total lots in the game--compared to 92 lots in the base Sunset Valley world in sims 3).

god damn it EA, do you purposely work hard to uphold your shitty reputation? like does this company toss and turn at night thinking to itself "what if i lose the title of most hated company in america" (not exaggerating, they literally were named most hated company in america)?

that said, no pudding face + vastly improved build mode = i will probably get it anyway.

No thanks... I might just stick with Sims 3. It was bad enough when they took away little things like pianos and spiral stairs in Sims 3, and now they want to get rid of some really, really basic functions? Also 22 lots total?!?!? Are they nuts? What is this, Sims 1?

They're probably making the base game shit so people will buy downloadable content that has all the features already in Sims 3.
