We've been here over a year now! I can hardly believe it! Dreamwidth's been pretty good, I'd say, with almost no downtime to speak of and all that! Anyway... how is your spring going? Or I guess it's almost summer, isn't it? Hopefully it's been well! I've been catching up on work and new movies, all very exciting stuff, I'm sure.

it's all so boring, boring, boring though

if it's going to be omegaverse fine but seriously there are surely a zillion ways to make this au more sadistic and yet it's all so... mushy, fluffy, or woobie. not my thing. i can't take this 'verse seriously at all so emotional fic doesn't work well for me, at the same time it's astoundingly dull and uninteresting as a kinkverse.

i was going through the last couple of pages of requests and there was like three omegaverse prompts on the latest page, and then one didn't have omegaverse in the title but mentioned it in the prompt as a requirement, which made me go "...what"

ykinmkato, still, i'm just wondering why is it suddenly so popular on the kink meme lately? was there a rise of it on the aph side of tumblr that i missed? is it just the same anons spamming requests?

either way it seems like it came out of nowhere

well, it's doing something for some people, clearly, so good for them. but yeah, disappointed to see omegaverse everywhere because it's so uninteresting to me.

eh, that's how it goes i guess. i've noticed some uptick in omegaverse interest in the usuk and amecan parts of tumblr, but not really in regards to other pairings.
