part 353 whalers on the moon

We've been here over a year now! I can hardly believe it! Dreamwidth's been pretty good, I'd say, with almost no downtime to speak of and all that! Anyway... how is your spring going? Or I guess it's almost summer, isn't it? Hopefully it's been well! I've been catching up on work and new movies, all very exciting stuff, I'm sure.

Enjoy part 353!

Russia has a dacha and he's really fond of it, even though it got a bit ugly during the 90s with the whole communism thing going to shit. He used to get either the Baltics and some of his satellite nations to help him out with taking care of both the building and the area surrounding it, but now he's the only one that ever goes there anymore, mostly to get piss drunk, break a few things and cry. He still likes the place, somehow.

Some Eastern Bloc countries also had dachas in their days, even though most of them abandonned them after 1991. Surprisingly enough, Prussia kept his in a relative good state up to this day, all with the original cheap East-German furniture and old boxes of Kaffee-Mix.
