I'd wager he was at his most insufferable about...oh, 150 years ago? Whenever he gets the idea that the world is his oyster, he certainly knows how to be thorn in one's side.

But as of late? He's figured out how to forward e-mails finally, and he's decided that means a barrage of screamers, terrible jokes, and obviously false chainmails are my newest form of torture.
