i have a hard time believing the initial story too

the whole thing screams that they made it up for sjw attention, especially the "cissies" thing - the average dumb kids/students most likely don't even know what that means!

I wouldn't be surprised if something like this actually happened, considering there was Kick a Ginger Day.

Though I don't always agree with Trey Parker's opinions, I do not see why we should blame South Park instead of the children who watch it just because it's hardcore
