356 vivacious vampires

Oh vampires! Oh meme! It's October, which is officially Halloween season. And... Himaruya is back? Kind of? Sort of? In a way. I wonder if we'll ever find out what happened on Halloween. Or if it will forever remain... a mystery. Much like the decision making process behind most of these titles.

Enjoy part 356!

I spelled it "jewellery" straight through school, only brushing off critique by saying I often read british books and pick up weird spellings. Even then I only chopped off one l to make it jewelery, thinking that was all that was necessary. I think it was only a few years ago that I realized the american spelling chops off an e to make it jewelry, oops.

The fact that spellchecker has not had a problem with either of these "misspellings" is rather satisfying, haha, take THAT 7th grade teacher!

/sorry late reply, was busy reporting your unamerican activities to the NSA. Authorities will be arriving shortly to take you to a reeducation facility with a less lenient spellcheck.

THEY'RE ALREADY IN MAINE. THERE ARE AGENTS IN EVERY PINE TREE. IN EVERY LOBSTER. IN EVERY COPY OF EVERY STEPHEN KING NOVEL.

That's right, because the reeducation facility is July 4th 24/7, 365 days a year. The only thing more obnoxious than christmas - and you don't get presents.

You don't eat lobster?! What. What. Duuuude, if I got to live near the coast where lobster didn't cost an arm and a leg, I'd eat lobsters all the time. And crabs. And salmon.

Don't forget painfully desperate car commercials attempting to convert said misplaced nationalism into car sales. WHAT DO GEORGE WASHINGTON AND ABRAHAM LINCOLN HAVE IN COMMON? WELL FOR STARTERS THEY BOTH REALLY REALLY WANT YOU TO BUY THIS CAR PLEASE GODDAMNIT LOOK ABE'S GONNA CRY IN A SECOND DO YOU WANT TO BE THE ASSHOLE WHO MAKES A DEAD PRESIDENT CRY.

Well for one it DOES cost an arm and a leg here (maybe just an arm, I don't know any specific numbers) because while I'm on the coast I'm also deeep in tourist country. It's just not worth the expense and crowded restaurants to eat it more than a couple times a year :'D

That was a beautiful and entirely accurate recreation of this nation's car commercials

Wow, what are tourists like in their natural habitat? Are they edible tame and friendly? Will they eat crumbs from your hand?

Perhaps we should make like lobsters and grow ten legs, so that we can afford fancy food. /sigh

They are slow-moving creatures, easily spotted in obviously newly-bought jackets and sweatshirts emblazoned with the town name. Their cries range from "ooooh!" and "take a picture!!" to "where do the LOCALS eat??" and "hmmph, we didn't see any MOOSE." And yes, provided that they are crumbs from lobster rolls.

That sounds like a Junji Ito plot in the making...

Aw, how adorable. You should adopt one!

The next step in human evolution. From four legs to two to TEN. Makes perfect sense and none of us will ever trip and fall again.
