356 vivacious vampires

Oh vampires! Oh meme! It's October, which is officially Halloween season. And... Himaruya is back? Kind of? Sort of? In a way. I wonder if we'll ever find out what happened on Halloween. Or if it will forever remain... a mystery. Much like the decision making process behind most of these titles.

Enjoy part 356!

In theory, I am supposed to be doing perspective homework and creating a thorough outline for my group about migrant workers

but instead i'm reading the shining and feeling afraid (it's a better book than it is a movie)

The book >>>>>>>>>> the movie

I mean the movie is very good don't get me wrong

but god the book has this horrible slow long creepiness than ajsdf;as I'm creeped out now just thinking about it

The movie is pretty okay, but it is a wholly different experience from the book bc it isn't loyal to it entirely and it doesn't have the same unsettling, awful vibe at all.

I'm only a few hundred pages in and it is a god damn ride of INTENSE DISCOMFORT AND BUILDING, AGONIZING SUSPENSE. Really not the book to read when you're all alone in a kitchen prone to creaks and bumps at 4am lmao. I actually am on the meme just to CALM DOWN FROM IT ;;;-;;;

and ofc my captcha has to be appropriately unsettling too

YES YES, the book is just. so unsettling. even when things seem like they'd be eyeroll worthy, somehow King just makes them freaking creepy. I remember sleeping with the lights on more than once while reading it.

That catpcha is perfect.
