Oh vampires! Oh meme! It's October, which is officially Halloween season. And... Himaruya is back? Kind of? Sort of? In a way. I wonder if we'll ever find out what happened on Halloween. Or if it will forever remain... a mystery. Much like the decision making process behind most of these titles.

It might be a good idea. Some people might feel more comfortable visiting here at the beginning of a part when we're all saying hello. When I first encountered the meme it was in the middle of a part and I was a bit confused and scared off. The second time the same thing happened, but the third time I was lucky and happened to show up right at the start of a part. I was able to just lurk and see everyone saying hello and it just felt different to me than trying to butt in on page whatever.

Maybe others feel the same way I felt back then.

At the rate we're moving? Go for it. If our pace changes and we max out parts every week or something then maybe not. But since it takes us longer than a month, yeah, sure.
