Re: [2/2]
[Of course. When someone does kill him, rest assured he'll lecture them that they're not killing him properly]
Re: [2/2]
[.........]
[.........ugly laugh-snort. dude.]
So, yer not playin', huh?
Re: [2/2]
...I doubt it's going to be that easy, though.
Re: [2/2]
[not to discourage him, but he doesn't want his pals dying a gruesome, preventable death!]
Re: [2/2]
It's hard to tell, I can't inspect my collar if it's in a place like this. From a first glance, it looks like they can remotely detonate it whenever they want.
Re: [2/2]
[doesn't get a whole lot out of his survey. the collar's pretty simple-looking on the outside, which probably means it's pretty high-tech on the inside.]
[reaches out to feel for any buttons or mini-antennae on the...beepy-lighty part. thing.]
Re: [2/2]
[Tries to grab Denmark's wrist and pull his hand away]
What are you doing?! Stop that! Stop that right now!! It might have touch-sensitive sensors that'll trigger an explosion!
Re: [2/2]
[stops]
Jus' thought I'd have a look at it...
[y'know, since Germany was saying he couldn't tell from looking himself...]
...can't really see nothin', tho'! 's got fancy bluetooth technology! Or summat!
Re: [2/2]
Ah, even if it has, it has to be made up of components. Look closer, see if you can find a panel or the head of a screw somewhere. It can be any size, so inspect it thoroughly!
More importantly, don't touch it!!
[With that, he tilts his head back, staring at the clouds and giving Denmark a decent view of his collar. And tentatively lets go of Denmark's hand, trusting that he's not about to touch any screws or buttons he may find]
Re: [2/2]
[tries to get a look at the back of it]
[but it's not like he sees any screws or buttons-- the plastic mounting seems to be covering access to the bomb mechanism]
's all plastic back here, Cap! Don't see a way in that don't involve goin' in through th'back!
[gives it another look from the bottom end of the collar for good measure]
Re: [2/2]
They've really thought this battle through, haven't they?
[If he weren't at risk of losing his friends and one of his nation lives, he might be able to respect their ability to plan and engineer this entire battle]
Then that leaves us two options. Try to escape.
...Or play the game.
[At this point, he can't deny he's considering it in the back of his mid. If there's truly no other option...]
Re: [2/2]
[tries to guide Germany's head forward with his fingertips]
Head down a mite?
[peeeeeeeeers]
's an awful lotta trouble ta go ta fer shits an' giggles, I'll give 'em that.
[...and he doesn't like where Germany's train of thought is headed, so...time to offer up his.]
There's gotta be folks in charge, tho', right? If we can get t'where they're workin' from we might have ourselves a shot at takin' this whole operation down.
[escaping included, naturally. they've come back fine every other time, but that just means they're running out of excuses not to take the Game back into their own hands]
[you'd think they'd figure something out by the 4th game!]
Re: [2/2]
Do you see anything other than the plastic cover?
[When Denmark talks about his own train of thought, he immediately whirls around, facing him, his expression incredulous]
Attacking the people in charge?!
[Asking that of Germany is almost like asking a robot to violate the three laws of robotics]
[Temporarily freezes up as the little workers in his head try to sort that concept]
[But since Germany is not actually a robot, he doesn't crash just from entertaining that thought]
How on earth are we supposed to do that? As soon as we try anything, they'll surely detonate our collars.
Re: [2/2]
Yeah. A buckle fer sizin'.
[
or rather, for whoever put them on to do the sizing. adjustable, for their comfort. and if that ain't a laugh and a half.][carefully tries to see the backing anyway]
Reckon we gotta pull a coupla things inta place 'fore we confront 'em proper, then?
[the nitty-gritty detaily things were never his strength. fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu-]
Re: [2/2]
[Nods once]
It's foolish to confront them without a plan. We'd have to come up with a strategy first.
Re: [2/2]
[nothin' doin', pal, no easy outs on this one]
Be nice if all we had ta do was go in an' knock a bitta sense inta 'em.
[settles back down on the hay bale]
[now what?]
Re: [2/2]
[Germany picks up his pitchfork, moving towards the door. He's ready to leave the barn behind and look for his friends]
I'll look for America. The binoculars they gave her will be useful.
If we want to fight back, we'll have to start by observing the enemy. [Which will probably be as long and boring as one of Germany's speeches at a World Meeting]
Re: [2/2]
[wait]
So you'll help?
[gets ready to dust his ass off
lies, he's going to conk back out until Sweden finds him and then go fight da powa][glee!]
Re: [2/2]
Hold up, don't get too excited! I'll do what I can. But there's not much we can do against an enemy this well prepared...
[Don't mind him, that's just his pessimistic nature talking]
[
At least he won't have to worry about Germany almost tripping over him again]Re: [2/2]
[and that would be his optimism!]
[gives Germany a casual little salute. not gonna keep him, since he does look pretty eager to get back to his plans.]
Take care out there, a'right?
