I want fic of Spain feeding orphans and donating to the homeless and all sorts of saintly behavior that requires money.

But then it turns out that he's a mafia boss and this is his way of laundering all the blood money. He gets tax deductions from the government plus a great reputation insulating him from suspicion. Thus he gets away with stealing millions of euros.

....Maybe I should request this on the kink meme.
