In Helsinki a new phenomenon has been that some groups of refugees (not them all) follow young girls and women around, grope, and try to kiss (and some rape cases). The youngest victims have been under 15 year old.

Then there are people who have formed street patrols (neo-nazis, criminals) to protect girls because they think the police can't do their job (and because they don't like foreigners), and that's bad too.
