Lobster. Everyone in my family was always making this big deal about how delicious it was, and anytime we went to a seafood restaurant it was like this so feast of claw cracking and butter dipping. So one year for my birthday I asked a relative who cooked it if they would make it for my birthday dinner.

Yeah it was... sweet, briny saltwater??? I expected something more like fish (I really like fried fish! and salmon sometimes, so it's not a case of not liking seafood) but it just was not that great.

Sigh! :(
