Tbh, my first thought was the same.

Like I know I personally am a little extra, but I can't remember any secret santas where I spend less than a week working on and off on the gift. Usually up to two/three weeks even.

But they spend a whooooooooooole day on it. To me that just sounds like... minimum required effort tbh.
