part 367 bears and wolves oh my

YOU DID IT, I'M SO PROUD OF YOU. Well, it's been a year. I hope it was a good one for you--and that 2018 is even better! And maybe we'll finally get that fansub of even one of the musicals... just maybe.

Enjoy part 367!

"Upon hearing that a transcript of the chat feed will be made public in its entirety I would like to both invite you to read the hyper-dramatic, extra-detailed ramblings of his voyage... but also, I would like to apologize in advance (the graphic gay sex scene was not meant for public view, so read at your own risk...)"

oh davo

he's very pompous but i enjoy messing with those kind of people to one-up them, so i enjoyed interacting with him, haha

he was telling us off when several of us were hanging out an hour before the strike, because we were freaking out ooc about how soon the moment was coming upon us~ he said, "everyone, please. we're better than this than to ruin our roleplays by filling the chat with ooc." and then later he'd fill up the chat himself with huge paragraphs of his own actions.

and during the sinking while we were together, elizabeth sent me messages saying after giving us such a hard time for going ooc, he himself was writing all these ooc messages like "i can't believe they thought this boat was unsinkable..." and all these other pensive~ thoughts

oh it's okay when you do it huh

Oooooo I see, that's a bit of a silly stink to raise, especially if he was going to durn around and be OOC himself. And during the sinking itself, too!

The only messages that bothered me were when people were like (THIS SPECIFIC ROOM) IS UNDERWATER AND (THIS SPECIFIC ROOM) IS FLOODING, WE HAVE TO GET OFF THE SHIP when we were talking about how it wasn't anything serious, everything's going to be fine, etc. Thank goodness Mr. Kelland put a cork in it! the only time that made sense to say was when was the stoker who came up from below.

that bothered me too

and i was thinking i shouldn't be as annoyed as i was because it would be obvious tons of people were gonna be like "BUT I KNOW SOMETHING I KNOW SOMETHING AREN'T I MORE CLEVER THAN YOUR CHARACTER" well yeah my dude, we ALL KNOW THE SOMETHING but our characters shouldn't and wouldn't know, even though if they'd have a weird feeling.

especially after being specifically told it was nothing to worry about a few times, and knowing the ship had started back up again giving a sense of false security.

seeing how they reacted in the musical reminded me of that all over again, too. such a stark contrast to our ragtag team of ne'er-do-wells :P that was the only time i felt really removed by the roleplayers instead of mostly impressed.

right??

I thought it wouldn't bother me but I think the fact that most of us were "playing" playing at that point, it stuck out like a sore thumb for them to be saying those things. I could even vaaaaguely understand if someone was like "Well I was outside and saw the iceberg, it could have damaged the ship," but not the specific naming of rooms and such.
