Wants 2000 word article with verrrrrry specific guidelines and instructions (aka I can't just write it my own way, each of the 15 sections is extensively outlined) and I quote what is quite frankly the low bottom garbage wage price of $30

"Oh no I was thinking $12"

that doesn't even cover.. the word length, to say nothing of the outline, ffs.
