YOU DID IT, I'M SO PROUD OF YOU. Well, it's been a year. I hope it was a good one for you--and that 2018 is even better! And maybe we'll finally get that fansub of even one of the musicals... just maybe.

Enjoy part 367!

Been reading Matilda Bone by Karen Cushman. It's one of her middle-grade stories set in the middle ages, and the attention to the little details of medieval daily life are excellent as always! Matilda is a bit of a brat so far but I'm sure the plot will be her learning how to do a day's work for once, how to be kind to people, etc etc.

I love Karen Cushman's middle grade books! They feel so down to earth. I havne't read Matilda Bone yet though. Have you read any of her other books?
zeetee: what a spiffy story! (reading is fun)

She's got a great knack for getting into the mindset of a time period!

Yup, I've read Catherine, Called Birdy, The Midwife's Apprentice, and... oh! I've definitely read The Ballad of Lucy Whipple! Huh, I think I'd misremembered it as a Dear America title...
