i wish i could send you one, but pretty much all the lobster places are closed by this time of the year...

a lot of the shops and restaurants in town are closing for the season even though the cruise ships aren't even done yet (this year there do seem to be more confused tourists that came after columbus day thinking they were smart for aiming for the offseason and being disappointed that everyone else had the same idea, it's cold, and half the shops are closed)

but by november 1st you'll be able to stand in the middle of main street and not see a car for like 10 minutes

Late May, generally. I'm looking forward to the warmth returning...
