I have to head out so I will chat it up later but before I go I just want to say

I could barely get to this point in Resident Evil 1, because I always got absolutely bonkers-level terrified in the bit at the beginning of Jill's game where you go in the room and there's a cut scene of a zombie eating a guy and then it turns around and goes back to the regular game. Even though in retrospect there is AMPLE TIME to get Jill into the hallway and out into the grand room before the zombie gets her, I was always so petrified it either grabbed her and she died or I'd turned the playstation off.

Damn that zombie.

my friends really love playing "betrayal at house on the hill"

i usually think it's pretty funny (especially the shakepseare one we got to do one time, gosh), but sometimes the haunt is just... so bullshit and badly balanced and we've given up on a game like that a couple times. sometimes a card is genuinely creepy but it usually doesn't even bother my weenie ass.

the whole basement thing genuinely freaks me the fuck out, though. it's alllll fun and games till someone gets stuck in the basement, and that's when i kinda wish i wasn't playing.
