All right so. The witches are trying to figure out a way to stop the antichrist or save the people he's already killed, and one of them is like, WELL, YOU COULD TRY THIS TYPE OF MAGIC THAT'S NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE. And she brings up how the Romanovs, and how Anastasia was actually "one of us," a natural born witch. And Anastasia attempted to use protective magic on her family in the cellar (she's literally in the corner chanting, apparently no one hears this or cares??) and it works but only for a moment. Then the protective shield goes down and we see them die brutally.

So the witch goes back in time, shows up in the cellar, holds Anastasia's hand and chants with her... and it works! omg! the bullets are repelling against this big purple force field. Only nope, witchy starts disappearing, forcefield disappears, they get murdered brutally (again).

And that's it. Unless they bring them up in the finale for some reason.
