Most recent for me is... Lio/Galo from Promare!

The canon is pretty goofy, and it took me a little bit to come around to Galo as a character, but once I did I fell for these two hard. Their relationship goes from 0 to drift-compatible in six seconds flat and it's just. Fun.

Plus, they look hot together, so. I guess I have a weakness for Intense Pretty Guy/Dorky Friendly Beefcake pairs.

Fic-wise, uhhh I haven't read much, though I'm following this wip ("Light Up The Sky") https://archiveofourown.org/works/22178281

This fandom is... it's so big (That'swhathesaid /cough) And so I haven't really had a chance to poke through what Ao3 has to offer.

Fanart - there are a lot of nice things! I haven't even hit up pixiv yet, but it isn't hard to find nice stuff for this pairing, and that makes me happy. Like so:

Shipping the main pair in a fandom feels weird; it doesn't happen all that much for me. It sure is nice, though.

I'm watching Avenue 5 and wishing I shipped Matt the nihilist with someone because he is enjoyable and would enjoy watching him fuck up this relationship, or miraculously fail to do so despite having a sort of ambivalent black hole for a soul.

Idk, this show isn't totally working for me but I enjoy Hugh Laurie being stressed out and exasperated. Like it has elements of good comedy and it feels like it's on the cusp of coming together but something's just not clicking for me and not all the jokes are landing.
