part 369 prohibition cocktails

Meme, you did it! And on Christmas, too!! How fancy. How was your year? It's almost the new year and I don't know about anyone else, but I'm excited to enter the 20s. We can finally bring back some excellent slang, like "That sounds berries to me!" or "I guess I'd describe myself as a cancelled stamp." Have a good year... and don't take any wooden nickels!

Enjoy part 369!

for bad titles, ones without alphabetical characters (e.g. barcode titles, hyphens, etc) that make them impossible to find with search engines, or titles that are just an author's note (e.g. "idk what to call this but pls read it!!")

good titles = something memorable that gives you a sense of the fic's tone, tho anything not terrible is probably a good enough title

I’ve run into a few, yeah. One was pretty fucked up so I can see why the author wouldn’t want it to be easily searchable, but another was a cute one-shot about christmas gift giving, and the title was designed to look like a barcode. I get what the author was going for but I doubt i’ll be able to find it again
zeetee: what a spiffy story! (reading is fun)

There are so many Good Omens fics with Hozier lyrics as the title, because we all listened to From Eden and went "omg it's Crowleyyyy ;o;" There are even jokey self-deprecating tags about it.

And I support each and every one of them, excellent title choice, my friends

i read that legend of zelda SidLink fic called "Hi My Name Is Link and Welcome to Jackass" and it was every bit as hilarious as i was hoping, but i wasn't expecting it to be a loop-de-loop of FEELS too

i can imagine the author thought of the name, felt very clever, regretted it briefly because the fic at times does get serious, but decided "no you know what I DESERVE THIS" and kept it and i for one am grateful
