if anon is referencing what I think they're referencing....

Way back when there was a joke around the meme that went "america is so fart." It then morphed into trying to make "america is so raft" a Thing as well, and it not really becoming a thing kind of wrapped back around and made it a Thing after all. At one point I know I saw a fanart of a raft with glasses and a haircurl along with one of "Canoeda."

but basically the joke boils down to "raft is an anagram of fart"
