[ Lecture Mode is something Kiku might have picked up on from Germany in more modern times, but, that's a thing in itself!! If Italy were to look at it in a certain way, it might even show Kiku as being more open towards Italy {in the modern 2021 era} than Kiku ever dared to approach those Kiku was 'acquainted' with in certain ways Before ]

[ remember, rarely raises voice to people!.... ] ( basically, Kiku is Letting The Guard Down in various ways Italy might have started to pick up on upon re-encounter )

( .... like now, just staring a bit dumbfoundedly as Italy grabs and shakes Kiku's hands ) [ completely forgetting about Distancing TM! ]

( will even let Italy-kun stare for a bit ) [ but ok prolonged eye contact. Even with starry-eyes (which are, admittedly, much cuter to look into) -- Ow ]

( i-it's not that its Italy-kun!!! There might be other reasons but Kiku does have to tear eyes away after some of those moments and blink really hard )

[ if briefly!!! but then will kinda glance back lightly towards Italy ] ---

( Italy can feel free to join Kiku and (hopefully Germany followed properly) it's pretty easy to find, so probably Italy would just stick along with them right?!? )
