Marbles. Especially the flat kind that you put in like, vases and stuff.

And for a reverse, "looks like a forbidden treat but is actually a real treat", I once had some scotch mints in a bowl and a friend mistook them for decoration marbles. Cue weirdness when I popped one in my mouth.
