I really liked Part 13's maxing, didn't you? It felt very nice, like a lazy summer day. Everyone just laying on the grass outside, watching the clouds go by, talking about virginity and Canada. I loved reading all the "ask a ___ anon" threads, by the way. You guys are interesting. And weird. You should continue them since I'm sure some people got cut off because of the maxing!

The reason why it is recommended that the nations use protection for sex is that if unrestrained, their sperm might not only "impregnate" other nations but spread out and infect the very earth, causing new, illegitimate proto nation-tans to spring up and demand to be acknowledged.
