I really liked Part 13's maxing, didn't you? It felt very nice, like a lazy summer day. Everyone just laying on the grass outside, watching the clouds go by, talking about virginity and Canada. I loved reading all the "ask a ___ anon" threads, by the way. You guys are interesting. And weird. You should continue them since I'm sure some people got cut off because of the maxing!

Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman - if you want humor, thought provoking musings, and just to see what the hell (no pun intended) you get when you blend these two authors together. Parody of "The Omen."

Curse of Chalion by Lois McMaster Bujold. Fantasy analogue of the history of the Iberian peninsula, particularly the late 1400s. Interesting protagonist and interesting ideas on the nature of human will, faith, and divine intervention.
