I have been watching horror movies and contemplating putting up fake cobwebs--but I think my cat might eat them. So I'm trying not to turn Death into just Hilarious Sex Accidents, but it could totally just take one, kinky solo time attempt + some good old-timey equipment = gory mess, more than bargained for? I guess it takes two to walk in on the results; and perhaps someone likes it, just a little...

Ya know that really could work.
Though it would be difficult to pull off with role play; fic might work better. Unless there was some voyeur stuff going on or something. But yessss ridiculous and embarrassing deaths, good.
