She doesn't come across as purposefully racist or mean-spirited. I think she's more immature ignorance/stupidity than anything malevolent... From what I've seen of her, she looks and acts like a complete airhead.

Context is important. She blocked people who told her that what she said was inappropriate and asked her to apologize, then went "welp sorry for any offense!! lol we're total BFFS!!"

ALso, as anon said, explain "asian face." Explain black people = sass.

That was a bitchy, malicious thing to do. There was no point to it besides to try to hurt her competitor's feelings.
