An abridged version of The Gulag Archipelago. It seems like a good abridgment; Solzhenitsyn gave it the OK and it summarizes the chapters it abridged. Also I learned a lot of stuff I didn't know about the gulags.

About farts!
I've heard it from several sources, and now from two cases of people I personally know, that when people eat plain gelatin every day in their drinks, they can just about stop farting! How about that! If you have a lot of gas, wouldn't you want to try it? It doesn't even have to be a jelly, just dissolve it in fruit juice! And it has other benefits too, I can't remember what they were, maybe it was better skin, but less farts!
