Italians I can see, thought you gotta be deep in denial to pretend the streets of Rome or Naples or even Milan in certain areas aren't dangerous, but all Spain does here is being enthusiast about Romano and look pretty, which are two things he's excellent at

The comic takes place in Spain, unless some Spanish expats have started some bullfight festivals in Italy that I'm unaware of...

I thought the comic took place in that weird magical universe of Hetalia in which everybody lived right next door to each other and going from Italy to Spain back and forth takes about five secs
