i don't think any austria in any universe would have tattoos, it doesn't seem right, but it's a shame because musical tattoos could be so pretty. something like stylised sheet music (playable, of course) or piano keys, or maybe my favourite would be something that resembles the look of a violin. i think violins are so attractive somehow, the body shape, the curl at the top of the neck and the little...moustaches on them. i don't know where on the body i would put it or what exactly i would do with it (a straight up picture of a violin would be stupid), possibly something down the spine...?? i think you'd have to be a god tier artist to do this, lol. it seems like quite a few people have had the moustaches done on their back or the back of the neck, so while it's already a tat trend and i hate that, you could go further and have the entire neck/strings done on the back...but i feel like austria should have more delicate tattoos if at all, like back of the neck, wrist or ankle, something like a stave charm bracelet. on lady austria specifically i think trailing roses, while done to death, would be pretty to incorporate in that. i think black and white designs with maybe only a bit of brown/red/purple, like antique shades, would be best.

maybe there is an au out there for this after all the more i think on it, what's that stock tattoo parlour/flower shop au

also i realise now they're sound/f-holes. on that note, the f symbol and other musical notation is of course a good tat idea too

oh i saw that one, i like it! maybe deconstructed is the way to go, though i prefer delicate and baroque over that kind of edgy

and yeah, i do think the moustaches are attractive, i just cringe away when i see that they're clearly a bit of a trend (remember when everyone wanted a barcode tattoo? yeah) so i'd want to really personalise and embellish that!
