If Italy were to look at it in a certain way, it might even show Kiku as being more open towards Italy {in the modern 2021 era} than Kiku ever dared to approach those Kiku was 'acquainted' with in certain ways Before ]

[ remember, rarely raises voice to people!.... ] ( basically, Kiku is Letting The Guard Down in various ways Italy might have started to pick up on upon re-encounter )

( i-it's not that its Italy-kun!!! There might be other reasons but Kiku does have to tear eyes away after some of those moments and blink really hard )
