i had a very intense dream about being forced to eat other people alive, and then eventually being eaten alive myself. it wasn't like being a zombie, it was like there was a separate intelligent entity controlling you, and to some extent you could bargain with it, like ask it to make it so you didn't have to conscious during the uh cannibalism incidents. the main thing that struck me was our blunt teeth.

blaming this weird nightmare on more or less passing out due to heat last night. was gonna "just like down for a second," felt a little ill, then boom it's next day :|||||||||

I'd hope to god that my sleepy little town would just participate in the cutesy ideal tumblr purge where people go around fixing potholes and distributing food from grocery stores to needy people

it would probably be better if it happened in the winter--tourists already think no rules apply to them and they'd just get in the way

I was thinking today about how much melodramatic art and fic would have been created with Russia and Anastasia, had the Anastasia musical come out during Hetalia's heyday.

Especially the song between Anya and Gleb at the end.

LIKE. I am really really ready to be done with this fantasy pin maker. Just get me these 4 freaking pins I ordered so I can leave this group and never order from you again.

It's not even the long wait time--I've accepted that it takes... fucking forever--but it's that they have now literally said "Hey guys, these pins have flaws, but don't complain about it to me because the factory isn't responding to me anymore. So if you're going to complain about there being flaws, don't." And of course all the comments YOU GO GIRL XOXOXO PEOPLE NEED TO UNDERSTAND, YOU WORK SO HARDDD.

no! People paid $35 per pin for these babies and while I can overlook tiny flaws, I don't appreciate being told that I should just deal with it. The proper way to handle this is to offer people full refunds (the pins are made now and done and delivered! you can sell them without needing to consider production cost!) or partial refunds for the flaw.

This has just cemented my desire to stick with "fantasy pins" made by indie sellers and not "disney pin" people.

I received an email from someone that I thought I'd lost contact with. Feels good! Even if we don't have time to bounce Hetalia fic ideas back and forth the way we used to, it's still nice to hear from them.

Just had a really good 1.5 hour chat with my sister about the crazy shit going on in her life. After that I tried to mention what I've been up to and worried about lately. We haven't seen each other for a couple months so idk I thought it would keep the conversation going or that she might be interested. I know it doesn't hold a candle to what she's been dealing with but I wish she wouldn't make it so blatant that she doesn't care. She never even asked me what I've been up to. Guess I shouldn't have even tried. Normally this probably wouldn't bother me, I know her troubles are way worse than mine, I've just been feeling pretty pointless lately so it hits a bit harder.

I was glad to get time off from work (with a guarantee that I wouldn't be fired in the meantime) but at the same time I miss it in that it was a distraction to how lonely I can get

and when I'm alone the dark thoughts keep coming back
I kept my depression mostly off for nine years but lately its been getting harder to keep those thoughts away
